Crab Cakes with Fresh Garden Herbs

“These crab cakes can add color and diversity to your backyard barbecue or can easily substitute traditional burgers. The addition of fresh herbs and vegetables pack a flavor punch and negate the need for starchy hamburger buns.”

Crab Cakes
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 large eggs, whipped
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon homegrown hot pepper sauce (or 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper)
16 oz. crabmeat (lump or claw)
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs or ground croutons
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (regular fat content)
1/2 teaspoon freshly minced garlic
fresh dill from the garden
fresh cilantro from the garden
