1. Get up at 4 a.m. and make soup with last carrot harvest
2. Do a 12-minute high intensity workout to prevent muscles from shriveling up to the point of not being able to pick up a garden hoe; anything longer would just be torture indoors
3. Consume post-workout protein shake with rehydrated cantaloupe from the garden
4. Shower with “garden soap” made from dried garden herbs, oil, and lye
5. Job stuff
6. Go through Instagram feed to relish photos of fresh produce growing in Australia
7. Have soup made with homegrown carrots and herbs for lunch
8. Back to job stuff
9. Make homemade Christmas wreath with trimmings from the eco-friendly fence in the backyard
10. End the day with a glass of wine and homegrown red beet salad because red beets and potatoes are the only “fresh” vegetable left from the last harvest
11. Go to bed at 8 p.m. because it’s already been dark for over three hours, and it feels like midnight
